Moon

The moon is really a beautiful thing to look at.  Driving home tonight it was low in the sky and so huge,  orangish, and bright.  Made for a nice end to the day.  Take time to appreciate small things as often as you can.  So many people now a days spend so much time chasing things and never stopping to appreciate what money cant buy.

Signs of Good Fortune

I have been thinking for a week what to blog about and found no inspiration until today.  My children found cute little toads in the garden.  There is a mom and 6 babies.  Knowing that statues of toads or frogs is good Feng Shui I did an online search to see what the meaning of live one is.  This is considered very good fortune to my home and family.  I also have had a cricket chirping in my kitchen for about 3 days I can not find it but I hear it.  I did some more online inquiry about the possible meaning of this and it too is yet another sign of good luck or fortune.  I am so excited for these signs it gives me a peace that everything will be good. I am so happy and thankful for all of this good news to come my way.  Have a blessed day.

Spilling Over

So this way of life and thinking has spilled over to my family.  I love sharing with them Feng Shui practices and cures.  My stepdaughter and her husband have been taking my teaching and applying it to their lives.  My Sister-in-law has also made some of the changes I have recommended in the last week and has seen things get better in her business.

I did these things without expecting anything in return.  However, I got something back I know now I love consulting on Feng Shui and watching it change peoples lives.

Save Money

Not only will changing your surroundings give you good energy but it will also save you time and money.

How many times have you had to waste time looking for something?  Things like keys, batteries, sunglasses, or your coat.  When your space is not cluttered and everything has a place it will save you countless hours. 

Just last night I had to run to the store to get some baking powder because I could not find it.  Then this morning while I was looking for something else I found it.  Needless to say today's task will be organizing that cabinet.

Law of Attraction

Visions

Your own vision of your life is a very powerful tool.  The best way to enhance these visions is to create a vision board.  I have just completed mine and the feeling it gave me of knowing what I now have in my life was amazing.  I love the positive energy, thoughts, feelings and knowing it illuminated.  I am so happy and thankful now that I have a clear vision.

Lifes Garden

So at the end of January 2013 I planted some flowers from seed.  They grew well but no buds emerged for a while.  Today the first bud opened and it is amazing.  Feng Shui is much like this flower I had to plant the seed and wait for the miracle.  If you never make the changes you will never get beautiful results. 

How many

After implementing Feng Shui in my home and other areas of my life I have seen some good changes.

Feelings

There are 2 kinds of feelings good ones and bad ones.  Your environment helps create your thoughts, those thoughts become feelings.  Look around you and pick one corner or area or cabinet or closet does it make you feel good to look at it?  If not take 10 minutes and change it.

Inspiring

Some days we need to find inspiration from all the negative things that enter our lives.  A good way to start is to be thankful for the things you have and not focusing your attention and energy on the things you want to happen or want. 

I am so happy and grateful for my family, friends, and my ability to keep going knowing amazing miracles are in my future. 

Positive actions and thoughts bring good things.

What this has lead too

Along my journey to change things in my life using Feng Shui I have come across the awareness of the Law of Attraction.  I read the book the The Secret about 6 years ago, but never fully used the information in the book.  I have now had that book present itself into my life again.  This time I took full notice and watched the movie and took notes.  I now know that Feng Shui and the Law of Attraction have many things in common. 

What ever you are doing do it with positive intentions and thoughts.  Make sure you continue to do things that make you smile and feel good.

What next

After clearing some clutter and giving your space new life notice how you feel.  Those positive feelings will spread to more great things.

Amazing

This is an inspirational post.  Amazing things are happening today I don't know what they are yet or how but I feel something amazing is coming my way in the next 24 to 48 hours.  Using Feng Shui has hightened my awareness of all of my surroundings, it is like the universe's signals to me are on steroids.  So I can't explain why I feel something great is coming into my life I just know it is.  I also have a feeling all who read this post will have a ripple effect of it and great things will come to them as well.

Change

   If you want different results you have to do different things than you have always done.  For example I have always kept a cluttered home.  Not dirty just clutter of stuff.  I now have a different view that I want different things so I need to get rid of the clutter to allow different things to happen.

Action steps to take

1. Clean the fridge
2. Clean a drawer or Cabinet.
3. Donate unwanted items to charity
4. Help someone
5. Take 10 minutes to do one of the above.

I think you will find the results amazing.  Lastly be thankful for everything you have.

Easy Changes

   Here is a list of 5 things you can do today to increase positive energy around your home

1. Check all light bulbs make sure they are working if not change them.
2. Hang a wind chime
3. Clean the stove inside and out
4. Make sure front door is clear from clutter
5. Keep the salt shaker full.

This is how I started over a year ago.  I have found the small details like this that are easy fixes make a big difference.  The best thing is they don't cost any money. 

Keep Going

           Feng Shui is a way to arrange physical objects in your surroundings to aid good energy or chi into your life.  That being said, you will still have a bad day every now and again.  I am going through some rough times right now but I know I just have to keep the practice of Feng Shui in my life.  The only thing constant is change so we need to keep changing with our environment.  Today Feng Shui to do list includes cleaning the pool, stove, refrigerator, floors, and washing the laundry. 

Rainbows

   Yesterday  evening I saw this amazing double rainbow and I snapped a picture of it.  I could not help but feeling this was a sign that something good or amazing is going to happen.  This morning, when I woke up, I did an online search between the connection of rainbows and Feng Shui and this is one thing I found.

Some Each Day

       So yesterday I was feeling uninspired and needed to change that.  I downloaded a good ebook and read about how to attract money similar to the book The Secret.  It is a very eye opening read and ties in directly with Feng Shui.  I also placed a Feng Shui cure to prevent money from leaving as fast as it comes in.

I tied red ribbon around each of the pipes where water leaves the house.  I thought this is easy inexpensive and can't do any harm.  I did not expect instant results but today I received good news.  My husband received a call for a job interview paying double what he currently makes.  That is less than 24 hours and things have changed.  I am so excited and going to keep up the good work. 

   Has anyone tried anything and gotten fast results?

Be creative and learn something new each day

   So when I started studying Feng Shui, I had no idea what to think or expect.  What I have found so far is that each day I am drawn to reading more about it and learning what works and what doesn't.  I have become very creative working with a very low budget forces me to do what I can with what I have.

   I have also begun sharing what I learn with family and friends.  Some think I am nuts, but others take notes and make changes.  If you want different results you have to do different things.

Moon

   In recent reading I have learned that the full moon and new moon are very powerful in Feng Shui.  Tomorrow the full moon is being called by some the super moon.  When I look back I have had some pretty amazing things happen on the full moon my lottery win and casino wins both happened on the full moon.  This month however no big wins to report so far.  Its actually been the opposite so today I am cleaning everything from the stove to the vehicles and burning some candle and incense to change the chi to positive energy.  Wish me luck

Waiting

   The success I have had so far in this journey has been good.  I am very grateful for the results it has produced.  I feel very blessed to have discovered this ancient practice and apply it to my home and life.

 That being said, there are days when I wonder is this really working. 

   All I can tell you is that sometimes the things I do give me almost instant results and other times it takes a week or two. The one thing I have started to do is a simple journal writing down what I did and when to help better track the results.  This is also another reason I started to blog things it helps me journal but it also helps me let others know this little known practice.

  One of the principles in Feng Shui is to give back.  Now that does not always mean money but you can help others to improve their situation or life.  Remember to be grateful for what you have and open to receiving new ideas, change, and the like.

How much Money is this going to Cost

          When I began learning Feng Shui, I had very little money in my budget to make expensive changes, or hire a consultant.  The most affordable changes I could make were to clean and get rid of things.  That step opened my mind to what vision I had for each room in my home.  Then each week over time I would make small inexpensive changes.  I had to be very crafty and come up with inexpensive ways to accomplish my goals.  I shopped second hand stores, dollar stores, rummage sales and Internet sites like craigslist.org..

     I have not yet finished any one room but all have small improvements and as I posted earlier I have seen very satisfying results.  Those results give me motivation and determination to continue learning more about this mystical force and too keep make improvements and remove clutter a little each day.  I would also suggest searching the web for celebraties who use Feng Shui I think you will be amazed at what you will find, I know I was.

Things to do

  

       So Saturday is a new moon, and I have recently learned that making changes on the new moon can be most effective.  So here are some things I plan to do on Saturday:

•                  Plant seeds in the garden
•                  sprinkle sea salt in the corners of my home
•                  hang a wind chime in the Northeast corner outside
•                  clear more clutter and clean

         I have also learned timing is important so between the hours of 11 and 1 is the best time for these things to take place and keeping a positive clear mind while doing them, with the intent of improving my home, finances, and relationships. 

      If you have not heard of Feng Shui or have heard of it and are not familiar with how it can help I encourage you to do what I have done. 

Some Things I Have Done

   

            I started about a year ago.  I have cleared my house of much clutter over the past year and still have more to do.  Once I felt comfortable with the lower level of clutter I began moving things in my home and making small changes.  I painted the front entrance January of 2013 to a pretty blue.  In march I purchased a used sink for the upstairs bathroom (the old one was leaking),  in April I hung some wind chimes in the kitchen, in May I placed some small mirrors on the top of each toilet, I also hung a mirror in a missing section of my home. 

   The results I got were amazing to say the least.  My husband was called back to work in March and that was not supposed to happen until May.  My husband and I went  on a last minute trip to the Casino I won nine hundred dollars, I also have had smaller amounts of unexpected money show up from various places.  However, the most recent positive cash flow came from a lottery win $2500.00 at the end of May. 


  Please remember everything I did I learned by searching online, reading books, and taking action using what I learned.  I also continue to educate myself each day learning more to enhance my life.  In Feng Shui it is said that there are 3 kinds of luck, many people are born lucky, I was not, so I have to control or help my earth luck, that is where Feng Shui has helped. 
  

Getting Started

               Feng Shui does not cost a lot of money and can implemented in small amounts over time.  The first step is to clear the clutter.  This is a very time consuming step but do not get discouraged, a little work each day in every room will do the trick.  I spent about 10 to 15 minutes in each room day to get started and you would not believe the good things that began to happen.

The Beginning

     After seeing Feng Shui in a magazine about 2 years ago I decided to give it a try.  My thinking was it couldn't hurt, now I am so excited that I took that first step.
